The Leadership Program was developed to expose promising leaders to issues that affect communities, businesses and the public, and to prepare these individuals to contribute their resources to making a difference in various economic, social and political forces that impact the community.

“We appreciate the quality training that the Leadership Program offers Chelsea Groton employees as well as other future leaders in business and the community,” said Denise Stapienski, AVP, Training Manager at Chelsea Groton Bank. “The individuals who graduated from this program are active members of the community and intend to continue to be in the future.
